Do Charlie Bears (Isabelle, Minimo), Teddy-Hermann and Hermann-Spielwaren limited editions come with certificates? Hermann-Spielwaren reportedly marks the year on the bear and its certificate, but I could not confirm it on their own site.

It depends on the maker. Every Steiff limited edition comes with its own numbered certificate; for other makers, ask us about the teddy you have in mind.

A certificate records the edition and the teddy's number within it. It is worth keeping with the teddy: it belongs to the teddy's story.
